Sangarmal City Centre (Srinagar)

Sangarmal City Centre (also called Sangar Mall / Sangarmaal Complex) is a large multi-storey commercial shopping complex located on M.A. Road near Lal Chowk, Srinagar. It was developed as one of the city’s early modern malls combining retail shopping, food outlets, offices, and entertainment spaces.

The complex includes:

• 🍔 Restaurants & cafés (e.g., 7C’s Café, Al-Khuddam outlets)
• 🎮 Small entertainment & service zones
• 🏢 Offices, diagnostic centers, and commercial spaces

It was designed as a modern urban shopping hub for Srinagar’s CBD (Central Business District), but today functions as a partially active mixed-use commercial complex with uneven occupancy.
