  1. Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to formally lodge a serious consumer complaint regarding an unpleasant and unacceptable service experience faced by my family at Symphony Mall.

    On my recent visit to the mall along with my wife and minor son, my son availed the fish massage therapy, and my wife availed the auto massage service for 20 minutes. The services were availed after due payment, with the expectation of professional conduct and basic courtesy.
    Unfortunately, upon completion of the services, the lady caretaker/staff member at the facility behaved in a very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner towards us. Her behaviour was distressing and completely inappropriate, especially in front of a child and she asked loudly.

    Further, when we requested to speak with a supervisor or responsible authority for grievance redressal, no supervisor was made available, and no one responded to our concern. This reflects a serious lapse in customer service standards and grievance-handling mechanisms at a reputed public establishment like Symphony Mall.

    As a responsible consumer, I expect Symphony Mall to ensure:

    Respectful and professional behaviour from all service staff.

    Immediate availability of supervisory personnel in case of complaints.

    A transparent and responsive customer grievance redressal system.

    This incident has caused us mental discomfort and dissatisfaction, which cannot be ignored.

    I hereby seek the following resolution:

    A formal written apology from the concerned outlet and mall management
    Appropriate corrective action or counselling against the staff member involved.

    Assurance that such incidents will not recur in the future.

    I request the management to kindly acknowledge this complaint and provide a written response at the earliest. If the matter remains unresolved, I will be constrained to escalate it to appropriate consumer grievance forums.

    I trust Symphony Mall management will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
