Mangal Tirth Estate Ltd., (MTEL) was a shell company, which was acquired by the Promoters of MTEl primarily for development of Spencer Plaza − a prestigious Shopping cum Office Mall. The promoters & main shareholders of the company are group of NRIs with varied business interest in different parts of the World primarily Nigeria, Singapore, London and Indonesia has also build an excellent track record in building Spencer Plaza.  

Vision Statement

Even from the beginning the idea was not to build a building with walls and roof but fulfilling a much greater role and purpose. The Vision Statement of Spencer Plaza clearly indicates the above. "To Build Spencer Plaza comprising of a shopping mall which will be a Shoppers dream come true and an office building which will be a great place to work by a team of talented, dedicated employees by forging long term relationship with suppliers contractors Govt. Bodies etc., in order to ensure the highest returns to the share holders".
