2. Terrible Experience at DMart.
   Today, I had a terrible experience at DMart. My friend and I went there to shop for groceries. After picking up a few items, we planned to go to the first floor to buy more, but the staff told us it was closed. We understood and decided to leave. Since I wanted to shop everything together, we left our basket near one of the shelves and started heading towards the exit.

   Suddenly, one staff member stopped us and said, “Your checking will be done, come here.” We fully cooperated and got checked without any issue. After that, we went to talk to the same staff member to understand what the problem was — but his attitude was arrogant and disrespectful. Instead of explaining properly, he acted like we were the ones creating an issue.

   It was very unexpected, and honestly, I was so scared. We had done nothing wrong, yet we were treated like suspects.

   Let me make one thing clear: if you’re going to accuse someone, at least have proof. Don’t throw around baseless allegations.

   Even the other staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was disgusting — like they’ve had zero training in how to deal with customers. It honestly felt like they came straight out of the trash, considering how they acted.

   This is not the kind of treatment any customer deserves. Extremely disappointed with DMart.
